As the corresponding author, when your article is accepted for publication, you will receive an email prompting you to select publishing options. Click this link, and then click “Complete the rights and access form.”
Select the relevant Dartmouth affiliation under “Corresponding Author’s Affiliation,” so you can be matched with our agreement.
Then select “Publish as an open access article” under “Open Access.” The details about the APC on the right should show that the publication fee will be covered after institutional approval.
Under “Select your user license,” you can choose which Creative Commons license to apply to your article.
You must next select the appropriate author status option, indicating whether you are the sole author or the corresponding author acting on behalf of your co-authors. This will inform the copyright statement applied to your article.
Finally, you must sign off on the publishing options selected above, acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of the License Agreement, and click “Finish” to complete the form.
Your article will be sent to staff at the Libraries for approval.
