Square box with separate lid. Sides of the box open to pamphlet-stitched books of haiku poetry evoking the four seasons. Text is laser printed on onionskin bond pastepaper. Box and lid are of heavy double-sided paper, hand-stamped. Lid is decorated with flat copper beads on rings.

"This book was inspired by a 19th century porcelain doll shown on an Antiques Roadshow TV programme. The doll's secret was unknown to its owner, who was very surprised by it's "fortune telling" power. The "fortunes" were hidden within the folds of its paper skirt, as they are within the folds of the pages."

Poem in typescript within heavily illustrated border reproduced on single sheet of coarse brown paper consisting of three leaves glued end-to-end and rolled to resemble an oversized cigar, encircled with a band with applied paper seal. Poem has applied title and ed. statement. Verso contains series and conference information within a border like those seen on cigar boxes.

Issued in an illustrated cardboard case (24 x 11 x 9 cm.) in the form of a traditional Mayan house (which opens to form an altar) and accompanied by: a clay, chalice-shaped incense burner, two clay candle holders in the form of animals, and a plastic sleeve with 12 colored candles.

Printed images of quilt patterns from Gee's Bend cut and pasted into the form of a flexagon book (a movable construction of 6 tetrahedrons).

The book consists of a single flat sheet of paper, cut and folded into an accordian-type structure, with mica covers.

Resembles a case bound book with gilt edges. The covers are paper over boards printed with images of clocks. When the front cover is opened it reveals a small wooden structure painted gold with wooden dowels coming out of the side. The printed pages are folded and glued over the dowels which have also been painted gold. The pages can be turned by the dowels. One side has a saying, "Time is money" by Benjamin Franklin. The other side has a saying, "Geologic time is not money" by Mark Twain. A folded dollar bill is revealed underneath the pages.

This artists' book contains a collection of actual postage stamps from around the world that picture rocks and minerals. The structure of the book has three sections that unfold from an accordion spine. The font is Berliner Grotesk. The front cover is made from a rock that has been cut, ground and polished by the author. Each book in this edition of 50 has a different cover

"The meadow rock image is a hand pulled serigraph printed in 8 colors on archival printmaking paper by Jill Timm. This unusual structure, a "flag" book, was invented by Hedi Kyle. The gray paper is called Elephant Hide, and the font used is TektoMM"--Colophon.

"These photographic images were altered in Photoshop then printed by Giclée, a museum quality digital printing method. The images are printed on a specially coated archival paper and the translucent side paper is UV Ultra. The self case is covered with black book cloth. Photographic tunnel book; 3D scene of wild elk herd in their Jackson Hole, Wyoming, winter home.

etterpress printed recipe cards. Issued in stiff card phase box with velcro closure. Contains one glass vial of an "elixir" of various herbs and spices in colored water. Each recipe card has an herbal recipe on one side with an associated memory of the artist's father on the other side.
