Dartmouth Library is among the first institutions to subscribe to ProQuest’s new text and data mining platform, ProQuest TDM Studio. Currently in its beta release, this tool allows research teams at Dartmouth the ability to mine large volumes of published content from the millions of pages of newspapers, magazines, scholarly journals, dissertations, and other publications provided to the Dartmouth community through subscriptions to contemporary and historical ProQuest databases.
To browse and explore some of the available content, click here. Researchers can also upload their own data to be used with the tool.
ProQuest negotiated access to the current content of publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and The New York Times, ... a major benefit of this tool.
