This Guide page summarizes several citation management programs available to you. There's also a tab at this Guide containing a comparison chart of RefWorks, EndNote, and Zotero.
At this time, the Library currently recommends Zotero for most users.

- International Organization Guidelines for Contributors (PDF)The International Organization journal uses the Chicago Manual of Style format for citations. This guideline for contributors is a very neat summation of citing a variety of common sources for both a bibliography and footnotes.
