GrantGPS has helped catalyze scholarship for researchers of all ranks and disciplines at Dartmouth. With the aim of supporting faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and trainees during every aspect of their pursuit for funding and intellectual impact, we provide assistance with a host of associated tasks.

Coordinate and cultivate institutional relations with private foundations; we assist faculty and administrators in identifying those foundations that are most likely to support their initiatives; we provide strategic guidance on approaching foundations; and, in some cases, we offer support for proposal writing and stewardship.
Patenting and licensing of inventions originated in the College and its professional schools comprise the largest share of TTO activities and follows guidelines established by our office. Industrially sponsored research agreements, including SBIRs and STTRs, material transfer agreements, State business assistance programs, and various other issues concerning academic collaborations with industry, also come under TTO's purview.
Involved in the communities of private equity, both to gain information about current trends and challenges and to share insights and solutions. The center interacts with institutional investors, venture capitalists, buy-out investors, corporate venturers, angel investors, entrepreneurs, portfolio companies, industry lawyers and accountants, industry associations, and the media.
