Submit all requests for video and audio reserves through the Library Reserve system: https://researchguides.dartmouth.edu/coursereserves/add
Library staff provide a link to a streamed version of the request.
If there is no streaming version in the library search results, the hard copy's library catalog record may be used to make the request.

Please alert library staff of the audio language and subtitle language needed in the streaming version.
Baker Reserve staff use the audio language provided on the source and no subtitles unless directed otherwise.

Some films have only one audio or subtitle language included in the production of the disc or videotape. Baker Reserve staff do our best to fulfill your preferences, but it may not be possible.
If descriptive audio or captioning are needed for accessibility reasons, please email Baker Reserve so we can discuss your requirements.
I. If there are multiple films that need the same audio and captioning:
1. Indicate audio language and subtitle preference.
2. Click Send.
II. If there are different language or subtitle requests for each film:
Video requests processed by Baker Reserve staff are made available in two ways:
Panopto hosts the films that reserve staff digitize from DVDs, or other physical media formats, owned by Dartmouth Libraries.
In the reserve list, the film citation is tagged ‘View in Canvas; click Panopto Video in the Canvas Sidebar.'
In the reserve list, use the View online link in the citation to view the film.
