Maps & Atlases

This subject guide looks at finding different maps and atlases throughout our collections. This is not an exhaustive list, but the guide does list various examples of resources within each section.

Introduction

Outline maps let you manually customize your information. Outline maps have just the boundaries of a region, state, country or the entire world. Some outline maps have included other, unlabeled geographic features such as rivers and mountains. You can then color in or make the map unique in any way you prefer. Below are sites which have outline maps.

This is a collection in a notebook containing reproducible sheets of outline maps. You can scan them at any photocopier and create a .TIF file with which to work.
