Introduction

ArcGIS Online is a cloud-based GIS application. It is not exactly the same as the installed software, but it does have a number of analysis tools available.

Our site license limits access to ArcGIS Online to current students, staff and faculty. If you wish to create an account, you can click on the link below and log in using your Dartmouth credentials. Once you do that, you will be able to start using this application.

    This is the entrance to Dartmouth's ArcGIS Online (AGO) organization.
    After clicking on the above link, click on Your ArcGIS Organization's URL box.
    Type "dartmouth" in the open box.
    Then check the box Remember this URL.
    Click on "Continue."
    You should be prompted to log in using your Dartmouth credentials. Once you do that, you should be in ArcGIS Online.
