Finding Patents Using Google Patents
Go to Google Patents:
Open your web browser and go to https://patents.google.com .
Enter your search terms:
In the search bar, type keywords related to your invention, technology, or topic. For example, “solar panel efficiency.”
Apply filters (optional):
Use filters like filing date, inventor, assignee, patent office (US, EP, etc.), and patent status to narrow down results on the left sidebar.
Browse search results:
Scroll through the list of patents and published applications to find relevant entries.
Open a patent:
Click on a patent title to view detailed information including abstract, claims, description, drawings, and citations.
Download or save patents:
You can download the PDF or save patents to your Google account for later reference.

Go to The Lens:
Open your browser and navigate to https://www.lens.org/ .
Create an account or continue as a guest:
You can sign up for free to save searches and collections or proceed without logging in.
Use the search bar:
Enter keywords, patent numbers, inventors, or companies related to the patent you want to find.
Filter your search results:
Use filters such as jurisdiction, filing date, assignee, or status from the left panel to specify your search.
Review patent records:
Click on any patent title to view full details including bibliographic info, claims, full text, legal status, and prior art.
Save and export:
Save patents to your workspace or export records in various formats. You can also set up alerts for new patents matching your criteria.
