Baker-Berry Information & Research Desks: Scheduling: General Information

Scheduling

Hours are assigned at our scheduling meeting before the first day of every term.

·      Every student will be required to select both weekday and weekend shifts.

·      Every student will be required to work at least ten hours per week, in addition to subbing.

·      You are expected to work your shifts through the last day of exams.

·      If you are unable to work any of your shifts, you may ask other trained students to substitute. Only students on the current ‘Substitute List’ are eligible to cover shifts.

·      Punching in and out in Kronos at the beginning and end of your shifts is your responsibility.  If you forget you may not get paid. Please make corrections in Kronos as soon as possible.
